Music was always a passion of Andreas. After excursions in different genres like Rock, Pop, Jazz and Blues he discovered the electronic music. Fascinated from sounds of the fabulous Detroit based Artists in the early nineties, Andreas experimented with different sound modules, synthesizers and recording equipment. This was equally the inception for collecting different synthesizers and sound modules. The am-soundlab was born. 2010 was the year he starts his label Klangkultur Schallplatten together with his buddy Dirk Hermann.
